My smart hub keeps losing contact with the router. It glows blue for maybe 5 seconds, then orange for a minute or so, then blue again for a short while. So it goes on all the time.
I have tried to reset the smart hub but it doesn't work. When I press the reset button with a paperclip, a click is clearly felt, but regardless of how long I hold the button, there is no restart.

While it could be a faulty hub, try removing it from your account which also provides a reset. Watch it while it reboots (~2 minutes) to see it switch from amber to blue a couple of times and finally solid blue. You can also try the reset button for >15 seconds to see if it then resets.
