Arlo Pro 3 lights and cameras come on when entering schedule mode

I did a factory reset on my base and added all the new Pro 3 floodlights. I have geofencing set to run “schedule” when we’re home. That schedule starts at 7 pm. When 7 pm arrives however, all the Pro 3 floodlights and cameras instantly turn on. I have to turn them all off using the app. Can anyone help? Thanks!

A screenshot of your schedule and rules could be useful.

All the cameras have the same rules as this.

Looks fine to me. Try deleting the rules and recreate them to see if that helps.

I tried deleting and recreating the rules but it doesn’t work. All the lights and cameras come on when entering schedule mode. Its crazy. I might have to return my purchase and it’s a disappointment because I really like them except for this one bug. I checked the firmware on all the floodlights and they’re all up to date. The firmware menu says “no update available”.

Please reach out to support for further assistance. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing. .
