the issue is the website

its zoomed in so much i cant even login without scrolling

What browser?
phone or PC?
How is the zoom set in the browser

edge on pc

all other pages and sites are normal

I don't see this issue with Edge on my PCs. However, Edge does let you zoom in a web site, and it does remember the setting when you return to the site. It is possible that you accidentally zoomed in earlier.

Try entering ctrl - on the keyboard. That will zoom out.

Alternatively, click on the three dots in the upper right and set the zoom
