      <description>&lt;P&gt;My subscription is paid, however, I am shown as having 'no plan', therefore I am not getting my cameras recordings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because I am incorrectly shown as having 'no plan', I cannot speak with a human at Arlo to resolve this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
