Is the battery charged? Does the blue LED blink briefly when connecting power and then solid blue when fully charged (~2.5-3 hours)?

I have a doorbell and two #Pro3 cameras. All okay for 2 years. However, one camera is permanently off line. Tried everything but nothing works. Please advise.

Thanks.

Greg

Hi jgeurdat,

The camera blinks blue when plugged but despite being plugged in there is not a solid blue line.

The solid blue LED only happens when the battery is fully charged but also needs to have the toggle in the camera settings for the Indicator LED to be on. If all seems good, try using a different charger. You can also use the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.
