    <description>I recently purchased the Arlo 3 pro camera and the base station that corresponds to the camera earlier today, will be here in about 2-3 days, and I’m trying to purchase the subscription so everything will be good to go when the camera arrives. However, when I access the “Subscription” page and login, I get a constant “Please Wait” message that doesn’t go away that prevents me from doing anything. I’m trying to purchase the premier subscription and I don’t know why I’m getting that long wait time message.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Drakethomas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What client are you using that is behaving this way (web client on a PC or an Android device)? Do you have an existing subscription plan or are you upgrading from no plan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have no devices at all, you will not be able to purchase a subscription until you've onboarded cameras eligible for a subscription plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JamesC&lt;/P&gt;</description>
