    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Arlo Pro 3 cameras recently updated to the latest firmware&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.080.14.0_654_e50ddf2.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since then, the cameras are constantly recording all the time even though there is no trigger.&amp;nbsp; Things I tried:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- I turned audio detection off and same issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- I removed the device and readded it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- I reduced the motion sensitivity&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have 6 Pro 2 cameras that are working correctly on the same base.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known issue with this firmware update?&amp;nbsp; Any ideas of what else to try to fix my cameras?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try a hardware reset:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;remove a Pro 3 camera from the account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;open the housing and press the button inside until the LED flashes amber (~15 seconds)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;add the camera back&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that resolves it, then repeat the process with the other Pro 3 cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
