      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the absence of actually being able to speak to anyone at Arlo support, reaching out to see if anyone can help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We’ve had some damage to the outside of our home. Trying to retrieve recording from my pro 3 camera. Linked to base station, fully operational USB. No recordings!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way miraculously to retrieve the footage? Does arlo have it on a back up server anywhere?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now been resigned myself to the fact that I’ll need a paid subscription moving forward whilst I look for an alternative provider as this is very painful!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
