Arlo forced through a firmware update on me about a week and a half ago, and when it was done I ended up losing my internet connections. Inconveniently, it happened while on vacation, so I’ve been extra upset since it was I absolutely needed my cameras and couldn’t try anything at home to fix them. Did anyone else have this issue and what have you done to resolve the connection issue? Ironically 1 of my 3 cameras began working once I returned home. I’m at a loss for the other 2 and it’s a pain in the rear to get a ladder up to them to do the entire “try resetting them or removing batteries” tricks.

Just so I get this right: you got security cameras to protect your home and actually unable to use them for their intended purpose while away and needing them most....
