    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp; Model Pro 4 XL, Arlo Smart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to cancel my subscription and a refund of my subscription. The charge of $299 on 4/1/2024 was not authorized by me. I did know anything about this. No statement, no invoice and no warning provided to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was surprised by the charge while reviewing my statement. I have been trying to contact Arlo by phone numberers listed on manuals provided with the products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These phones don't work and does not connect to a customer service, it does not take message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even called the phone listed along whit the charge on my credit statements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even tried calling many times at different times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
