    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have multiple Arlo cameras, all connected to a base station. The problem I am having is that I haven't been able to receive any notification for a while now. The notification settings of my phone and Arlo cameras/app are all turned on. However, no notification has come through to my phone. I also checked numerous fixes on the internet, but none of them works. When I open the Arlo App, it was able to receive updated on camera events. But it looks like it only receives updates when the app window is active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Many thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please contact support. Within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the behavior you are seeing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the suggestion. I contacted the support and was able to resolve the issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling Arlo app. I tried this before, and it didn't work. I don't know why this time it worked. Anyway, I am happy it worked this time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
