My base station has been offline also since 5/6 3:06 am PDT. Has anyone else having this problem come back on line WITHOUT having to do a factory reset? All 3 lights are green on my base station. I hope this isn't a tactic to get us to upgrade. That happened with the Pro3 camera I had because they could never figure what was "all of a sudden" wrong. That was right around the time they came out with the Floodlight Pro 3.

All LEDs being green means the base isn't actually offline. Have you tried using both the app as well as the web client (my.arlo.com) to test?
