I bought a package of four cameras, and one base for Arlo pro three from Costco. The cameras have never connected to the base. I have tried factory reset and all other tips that I can find online. Any any advice?

What model base did you purchase (look for a VMBxxxx label on them).

Pro 3 cameras haven't been sold for a while now (other than the floodlight variant). Can you double-check the packaging for the camera model info? If you no longer have it, then

if the camera housing opens, then open it and remove the battery - there is a label behind it.

if the camera housing does not open, then look for model information near the charging port. The text is small, and low-contrast, so it sometimes is hard to spot.
