Solar panel making pro 3 camera go Offline.

my Pro 3 camera has recently been going offline with the solar panel connected. I’ve rebooted the camera and taken the battery out for 30 sec, charged the camera to 100%, Works.
Soon as I plug the Arlo solar panel, goes offline instantly.
The camera works fine without the solar panel, it’s just the initial connection to the panel.
I ordered the panel because to get to the camera I need a ladder.
Please help.

It could be a faulty camera or panel. Use the app to go to Settings, Support. Select your camera and scroll down to Contacts to see what official support may offer.

@Jacobramz Can you try cleaning the solar panel and camera contacts with isopropyl alcohol and test again.
