Pro3 camera 'feed' is overwhelmed with unhelpful audio items, even though the microphone is off

I've just bought 4 camera Pro3 system with a smart hub. I've set up the app on my iPhone. I've updated all the firmware.

When I look at individual camera feeds in the 'device' tab of the app, all 4 of them are capturing repeat audio items of about 5-15s, even though I've turned the microphone off on each camera's 'audio settings' in the app. I live near a busy road so I'm getting hundreds of audio items daily. How can I stop them? They don't appear in the 'feed' tab in the app, which is good - perhaps because I've also turned off the 'audio' event type. Anyone who has any ideas I'd be hugely grateful, as I can't use it like this.

The settings can be confusing, so you might not have disabled them in the right place. You want to make sure audio detection is disabled in your camera rules. This is not the same as turning off the mic.

Also, I recommend that you turn off "CO/Smoke" in the smart notification settings. The cameras have no CO/Smoke sensors, they are just listening for smoke alarm chirps. In the past, this notification has sometimes misbehaved (and resulted in lots of unwanted audio detections). If there is no smoke alarm nearby (nearly always the case for outdoor cameras), then there is no upside for leaving this enabled.
