    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;I cancelled my subscription late September 2023 and I have been charged twice more. I cannot log in as I cancelled my subscription and it does not recognise me&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like for ARLO to stop charging me for a service, that their records show was "cancelled in February of 2021.&amp;nbsp; We have sold the home that the cameras were being used at and the cameras stayed with the house.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to use their website to cancel the payment information, but the page won't load?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
