      <description>&lt;P&gt;Videos stored on Arlo are not available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vmb4540r2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.21.1.0_1397_898b168&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pro 3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo is no longer saving videos locally although I'm receiving push notifications that there is activity. I've checked the setup and 'motion is detected' and 'record video' are enabled. Also I'm not able to access my saved videos although I've checked my setup and it says that the storage status is 'Ready'. I do not have a subscription. I've unplugged and replugged my power, internet cable and hard drive. This has been working just fine. Any help will ne appreciated. Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you getting an error when you access local storage?&amp;nbsp; Or just seeing no video?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried ejecting the storage, connecting it to a PC, and seeing what videos are stored?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, does your app ui show "Library" at the bottom?&amp;nbsp; Or does it show "Dashboard" and "Feed"?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please check your connection settings'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I ejected the drive this morning and attached to my PC and can see that videos are being stored. Video from this morning were stored and I could view them on my PC.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;'Library' is shown in the app.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks again!&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ok.&amp;nbsp; Have you tried disabling mobile data on the phone, and then see if that makes any difference?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have port forwarding set up, I guess you could try a similar test with wifi disabled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Although if I take the hard drive and hook it to my PC I can see the videos saved today Corresponding to the notifications I've received.
