&lt;P&gt;Normally either your account or your wife's account would be the primary account where the phone is onboarded.&amp;nbsp; The other account is a "friend" account, to which you have shared the cameras.&amp;nbsp; When you add a camera to the primary account, you also need to share that with the friend accounts.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Are the two phones using different usernames to log in?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If so, which username is the primary account?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My pro 3 floodlight will connect with my phone OR my wifes phone but not at the same time. All my other cameras are connected to both our phones. What is the issue there? If I'm away I have to disconnect mine and add my wifes. It won't even recognise my wifes if I am connected but as soon as I disconnect it connects easily.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
