My base station went offline today had I can’t get it back online. All three lights are green, I have change the internet cable and rebooted the base station. I have removed the base from the app and readded it and still offline. I reset the base station to factory and removed it from the app again. I was able to readd it but it still show off line with green lights. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks

Tried that several times. And also reset to factory several time. I can re-add it to the app. I've even renamed it something different but still off line.
