&lt;P&gt;Overall, IMO,&amp;nbsp; the user experience with direct access to local recordings is poor.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Pro 3 cameras no longer showing recordings/events in feed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently added several Pro 5s cameras and was forced to upgrade the software. &amp;nbsp;Now, my Arlo Pro 3 cameras are not showing events in the feed. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4540 hub with external usb for local storage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No Arlo Secure subscription&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;several Arlo 5 Pro S cameras - showing events successfully in feed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;several Arlo 3 Pro cameras - NOT showing events in feed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;several Arlo 2 Pro cameras (EOL'd) - showing events successfully&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My older Arlo 2 Pros are showing events successfully in the feed but not my Arlo 3's? &amp;nbsp;I have removed and re-added devices to no avail. &amp;nbsp;I checked the local storage and events are being recorded fine - but not showing up in the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a bug or a way for Netgear/Arlo to get me to pay for a subscription gimmick? &amp;nbsp;Suffice it to say that I am not happy with this company after this recent 'planned obsolescence' in our cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Although the KB says that local recordings show up in Feed, that appears to be incorrect.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if that is a bug, or if that is a mistake in the KB article.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You are seeing the Pro 2 videos in feed, because you still have 7 days of free cloud storage for those cameras.&amp;nbsp; I am thinking the Pro 5s cameras are still in the trial, so have cloud storage.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I believe what you need to do to access Pro 3 recordings is&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My local recordings used to show under "feed."&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;With the latest update, I have to navigate to the storage card and make a few clicks to find the recordings.&amp;nbsp; Arlo is doing everything they can to force a subscription. It's a chicken S*&amp;amp;*t way of selling a product.&amp;nbsp; They are trying to unwind the features that lead me to buy the cameras in the first place.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The official phrase is " Bait and Switch."&amp;nbsp; Reeks of Quicken.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The user experience for direct access to local storage is poor - while in some cases that might lead to the user getting a subscription, in many others the user just sells the Arlo system and switches to a different company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
