    <description>&lt;P&gt;Today is first day of no subscription after I cancelled it.&amp;nbsp; Unable to view my videos being made today because of a popup marketing window in Library that has no x button and I can not close it.&amp;nbsp; Can't view videos until that popup is closed.&amp;nbsp; The popup marketing window wants me to resubscribe to Smart.&amp;nbsp; How do I get rid of that popup?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, DannyBearAgain.&amp;nbsp; I used the link and now have videos from direct storage.&amp;nbsp; However, I have to tap each one before I see a video, instead of having a whole page of video pictures to choose which ones to view.&amp;nbsp; Is there a solution to that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/900360"&gt;@PaigeHI&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to read the article carefully, as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3311"&gt;@StephenB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;stated no thumbnails are just one of the reduced features of using direct storage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess arlo would not want you to have comparable features to cloud storage without paying continuously for subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
