Arlo pro 3 won’t sync

I am having trouble synching my pro 3 cameras to the base unit. I have tried a factory reset but that doesn’t work. Any other suggestions would be most welcome 😀

What base or hub do you have? Look on the tag on the bottom for VMBxxxx.

ALso, what have you been trying to reset - the base/hub or the cameras?

hola e intentado todo (reset )pero el problema es que no se pueden emparejar con mi estación base tengo 4 camaras pero 2 no se conectan y las demás se conectan sin problema, la cámara de ves en cuando detecta movimiento y aveses deja una imagen como ultimo registro pero cuando quiero ver en vivo no puedo
