Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight - max 12 seconds light on

Hello,

I have the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight over the garage door. It detects and turns the light on, but after max. 12 seconds it turns it off again.

I have set it to 5 minutes, Constant.

Any idea what I can do? I had somebody fall because the light turned off. I don't want this to happen again.

The light is turning off when the motion recording stops. Try increasing the recording duration in the camera rule(s)

I can test it out tonight, but you are right. I had the setting for ... "until motion stops". I will let you know. Thank you.
