Cvr not working - ac power has been disconnected error

I have the arlo Pro 3 and have just done the standard plan but want cvr on 2 cameras coming into my property. The cameras are all working and give me notifications etc but it says on the two cameras I have cvron ac power has been disconnected from arlo divice. Cvr is currently disconnected. Which it is not

I'm not certain I understand what you are saying.

The message says that the two cameras are no longer on AC power. Have you checked that the cameras are connected to the chargers and that the outlets are live?

Hi yip cameras as fully charged and working as per normal its just the cvr is making the 2 cameras saying no ac power disconnected and they just don't record for cvr but do everything else. This has only happened since I got cvr on these 2 cameras.

CVR requires an AC power connection - having a fully charged battery isn't enough.
