&lt;P&gt;Have you rebooted the hub as well as rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Are you using the app or the web client? Only the app gives you direct access to local recordings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Direct Storage not saving in my library</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have direct storage activated and it is recording on to my USB drive but it is not saving the 30 days of files in my library, what do you suggest I do? The only way I can access my videos is the remove the USB drive and connect it to my computer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reformatted the USB drive and it is working properly but not saving in the library.&amp;nbsp; Under the library tab it shows this month with no recordings and doesn't give me an option to select the base unit or camera recordings.
