I have two Arlo pro 3 cameras that won't work. It shows up on the Devices page but when you click on the play button it says "The request time out". It says it has a full wifi signal, and the battery is full. It does not get clips either.

I'd start by removing the battery, waiting 10 seconds or so, and then reinserting it.

You could also try restarting the base station.
