Our camera did not record or detect a thief entering our locked front gate and stealing our packages. I called support and they were useless. Camera started recording after the thief was inside our gate, him stealing our packages and leaving. We were home at the time and had the camera detected when the thief entered the gate (squarely in middle of our set activity zone), we could have stopped him. Anyone else find the 2k cameras to be useless.
