I'd say it's doubtful that the battery is bad but anything is possible. For starters, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. You may also want to reboot your router and base, in that order. These should put everything back to a known condition.

Hi, I have an issue with my #Arlo Pro 3 camera

Base WMB4000r3

I purchased a couple of years ago.

The issue - I open the app and the camera is offline. After 2 seconds it turns online.

It happens sometimes to go offline and It doesn't turn on again.

The battery is still 60% charged.

I tried to move the camera closer to the base and the issue continues.

I searched online and someone said that the issue could be the battery.

Please help. Do I need to buy a new battery?

Thank you

Mirian

Can you swap the battery with another camera to prove it is a battery issue.

If not a battery issue swap camera locations to prove a wifi signal issue.

What app version are you using?
