Are you using the arlo supplied charger cable, and recommend adapter or using a charging station?

Also, are you using the outdoor charger with the magnetic cable?

Or are you using the microUSB port inside the camera housing?

The indoor charging cable for the Pro 3/Ultra won't charge the floodlight - you either need to use the outdoor charger, or the internal microusb port.

If you used the microusb port, then maybe try a different cable.

Charged my other pro3 flood ok, I am using adapter & cable that came with the pro 3 flood camera

Try swapping the batteries and see if the problem moves.

If the problem moved, then the problem would be the battery.

Problem is battery, but since I recently purchased camera and best buy will not trade me agood battery I must return entire pkg
