    <description>I received an email to join Arlo with a 25% discount. There was no discount code in the email just a join us now tab. I clicked the link signed into my account. I proceeded to join but noticed a section asking for a discount code there was no discount code in the email so I started all over again hoping that it would automatically be applied. After finishing my subscription I noticed that it hadn't discounted my subscription. How do I contact arlo as I am in the UK.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Since you do now have a subscription, you can go into the support area of the app and use the phone option.&amp;nbsp; Don't google for a support number, that will lead you to a scam site.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem.&amp;nbsp; the chat feature was useless, kept giving me generic replies as I typed and never 'got' the problem regardless of how I worded it.&amp;nbsp; I have not found a way to call for help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I have had a subscription for over 2 years, with 7 cameras. &amp;nbsp;This reply also came to my email but it was from a ‘do not reply’ email. &amp;nbsp;The difficulty of getting support with Argo for such a small thing makes me really worried what people do when there’s a bigger issue. &amp;nbsp;It’s hard for me to recommend Arlo if support is so hard to access. &amp;nbsp;No phone numbers, no live chat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That's controlled by a forum setting.&amp;nbsp; If you click on your forum name in the upper right of the page and choose "settings", you can control that:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;"Automatically subscribe me to topics..." is one relevant setting in Preference Options&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Notificaton Settings has several more.&lt;/LI&gt;
