&lt;P&gt;This is hard if no cameras are in the account - something Arlo really needs to fix.&amp;nbsp; If you can get one camera onboarded again, then you can contact support using the app.&amp;nbsp; If you have a subscription, then there will be a phone option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot connect Pro 3 cameras to hub</title>

      <description>Other day my hub stopped working and my cameras as well. I couldn’t get them running. I deleted cameras from my account. Done hard reset on them and reset my home Smart hub as well. After adding my home Smart hub I tried adding my both Pro 3 cameras but I cannot. Cameras not detected. Tried adding them manually with Sync button still nothing. Removed few times my smart hub. Reconnected it checked all cables internet connection. All works and all done but cameras still not coming out. So 2 days without success. I’m so mad because don’t know what to do. Tried using support chat but it pages comes out as Page not found. Anyone had same issues with their cameras. I bought this kit from Amazon 20th of May 2022. Not even 3 months ago. If I won’t be lucky to resolve this issue will have to return the faulty product back.</description>

Also be sure the batteries are charged or plug the cameras in before onboarding.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I held sync button on camera for 15 seconds till 3 amber lights flashed. So that’s mean I reset camera to factory settings. After that I open my Arlo app clicked add new device + started connected with hub. Nothing comes out only. Clicked manually add device/camera. Even after manual sync button on camera my app can’t find my camera to connect to hub.</description>
