With the problem camera, where are you adjusting the motion sensitivity?

The camera settings page has a motion detection utility you can use to test the sensor. It’s default value is always 80% until you adjust it.

Once you have determined the ideal value for your requirements you can then set that value in the camera rule for the armed mode to trigger motion detection.

Additionally the motion sensor is a infrared detector which do not work very well through glass windows.

Do the motion sensors on an Arlo pro 3 go bad. When I am within 5 ft the sensor works - once you move further back they no longer work —- i have a second one that has the same issue intermittently. Each unit is on a separate hub and I have other pro 3 that are working off of the same hub. Activity zones are wide open and both have sensitivity at 100%
