I don't know how to find which camera I'm using. UGH

Beyond that, my free subscription just ran out and I paid with my cc for a monthly EXCEPT I don't know how to link my camera with my plan to activate the library again.

Are there any humans that work for Arlo that we can contact for support?

I don't know how to find which camera I'm using.

Not sure what you mean.

If you want to identify the camera model - do you have a camera with a removable battery? Or is the case completely sealed?

If the battery can be removed, then you open the shell and remove the battery. Then look for a label that starts with VMC.

@amyhorrocks wrote:

Go into the subscription area of the app, and then select "manage cameras". Cameras in the "no plan" list can be dragged into the subscription.

@amyhorrocks wrote:

If you use the support area in the app, then you should find a phone option (since you have a subscription).
