recording Playback stops but stream keeps going

since updating to android 12 my playback of arlo pro 3 library is only playing about 10 seconds of video but continues to play the video , the app version is 3.6.8-

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any methods you have previously performed.

I have reset the hub , cleared the cache , uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app , ps the problem seems to be 2k playback on android 12 as my wife's phone is android 9 and has no issues with playback , Also I put on auto zoom on the pro 3 cameras and playback worked fine ( also not 2k )

FWIW, I have a Pixel 6 on Android 12 and have no problem with 2k or 4k video playback with audio. What phone? Have you rebooted it?

I have a nokia g10 and I have rebooted it several times , My wife has a nokia 3 using android 9 and has no issues watching library playback , I did set it on auto zoom and play back was fine and by fine I mean it played fully to the end
