A0950574ACF09 1 serial number

I have 2 cameras, one working five another not. I’ve reset the cameras and the bridge and the result is the same after several attempts. One camera installs fine, the other is getting the same problem at the bit that says bandwidth and a picture to set the camera a certain way. It doesn’t seem to be connecting bandwidth correctly. If I install the camera and leave it there it will come up with the occasional video but I cannot watch live feed
