      <description>&lt;P&gt;I feel that it´s bad that i can´t buy a new power adapter from you for the Smart Hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The "so-called expert" support tell me to check the voltage and buy one from a router from another brand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then it could be the wrong ampere and also with the wrong contact.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't now why this should be a problem for you...&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FWIW, a "universal" power supply can be used since they allow configuration of not only voltages but also polarity.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, if you have the failed power adapter, then you should have enough information from its label to get a compatible third-party adapter.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Note Netgear owned Arlo for some years (until 2018), and I have several chargers and power adapters for Arlo that still have Netgear branding and part numbers on them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
