I need a replacement Camera and it appears the Pro 3 is no longer sold. Will the Arlo Essential or Arlo Ultra (or Ultra 2) be compatible (sync with) the Pro 3 Hub?

I don't know that the Pro 3 is no longer sold - perhaps it's just sold out. That said, any Arlo camera will be compatible with the Pro 3 hub (VMB4540).

Yes, as would the Pro 4.
