    <description>&lt;P&gt;If your router lets you disable 5 ghz wifi, then try doing that before onboarding.&amp;nbsp; Also make sure that the WiFi network is set to WPS2-PSK (AES) encryption.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are trying to onboard with your phone, you might also try onboarding from a PC (my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;
