I haven't had any problems with Google or Samsung phones but most should be just fine. I can't imaging a phone "crashing" due to the Arlo app. What phone and OS does he have?

My Fiance's phone meets (and exceeds) the Android Version minimum requirements for our Arlo Pro 3 but he can't watch any videos, it will crash his phone every time. When I am logged on to my account (we each have a user account to share the devises) I can watch the videos with no problem. We are both logged into the same Wireless network so its not that, I'm guessing it may just be the phone, and so we are looking into getting a new phone-is there any phone to STAY AWAY FROM or to seek out that will run and play the Arlo app seemlessly?
