As you likely know, the local storage isn't accessible to friend accounts. They are seeing the recordings in the cloud, not anything stored on the hub.

Since you have a subscription, you might want to contact support (using the options in the app). You should see a phone option there.

I granted full access to my friend. They told me they only get access to one day of cloud recordings. Shouldn't they have access to the last thirty days of cloud recording like I can? I'm not sure why I'm able to able to access the last 30 days on my phone, but they can only get the present sameday cloud recording only?

I have shared my 4 cameras with my friend with the ARLO Pro 3 Hub and they can only retrieve Arlo recorded history from the cloud is the present day. No other passed history recordings that Arlo says you can see up to 30 days are not available. Sorry for being such a pain. Trying to go though Arlo support was a pain trying to explain this. All I got was mad because it wouldn't except what I was trying to explain. I wanted to talk to a person about this, but no it just put me in a tail spin that went no where. I'm pretty discussed with Arlo support......When you need help you need help not a merry go round! They should have support with a person that can speak CLEAR English not from the middle east. If you want sell products in the US, have support from the US. Thank you! Ron77
