&lt;P&gt;To receive push notifications, she must be logged into the app and permissions allowing notifications to be received must be allowed on her device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is she logged in when you're testing?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes, she was logged in with push notifications enabled. Oddly enough, about 12 hours after I posted this, she started receiving notifications. Seems to be resolved now. Thanks for the reply.</description>
