Just purchased a Pro 3 system and a video doorbell. I added my wife as a “friend” with administrator rights, but she doesn’t receive push notifications. I’ve checked all settings, but it’s still not resolved.

To receive push notifications, she must be logged into the app and permissions allowing notifications to be received must be allowed on her device.

Is she logged in when you're testing?

Yes, she was logged in with push notifications enabled. Oddly enough, about 12 hours after I posted this, she started receiving notifications. Seems to be resolved now. Thanks for the reply.
