VMB4500r2 - Local recording not show

hi all,

I am using Base station 4500r2

i have 4 devices: Three pro 3 and one Doorbell

my subscription is only for Doorbell, others I dont need

I just wanna all my pro CAMs work as normal, no need extra functions and setup them using Local storage

For some reason, i dont know, I only browse all clips from Doorbell, NOT from pro CAM

I checked my USB on PC, i found all clips were saved in there

but Library not show them, it shows only clips on Cloud

please help!

i can feel this is serious bug

The VMB4500 requires that you safely eject the USB drive so you can view the videos on a computer. To use the app for viewing local recordings you need either the VMB4540 or 5000 SmatHubs - the older models don't support direct viewing.
