    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have used this system since I bought it.&amp;nbsp; I bought it specifically so I could log in to my Arlo app and view saved video when motion detect it activated.&amp;nbsp; As of a few days ago, there is nothing being saved, and everything that was saved is gone.&amp;nbsp; There is nothing in the library and nothing is being saved to it.&amp;nbsp; It is a smart hub.&amp;nbsp; I don't know what the problem is.&amp;nbsp; I never had any subscription to my knowledge and I have not ever has any USB storage plugged in.&amp;nbsp; I never needed to.&amp;nbsp; What has happened?&amp;nbsp; Did Arlo change something on the back end and is now forcing me to change my setup?&amp;nbsp; It's frustrating as this is a pretty important thing I need working.&lt;/P&gt;Thanks!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like the free 3 month trial subscription ran out. If you don't want to pay for a sub, your only choice is to use a USB drive and set up local recording in the hub's settings.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check out Settings, Subscription for options for a subscription. If you choose not to subscribe, then local recordings will be your solution. It's not the same thing but can be useful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know.&amp;nbsp; I guess that's a possibility.&amp;nbsp; I never signed up officially for anything because I never had intentions of using a subscription.&amp;nbsp; Also, my other Arlo&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;VMB4000r3 is still recording fine, and has been since I bought it YEARS ago.&amp;nbsp; Why would that be?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The pro 2 cameras have no subscription and no flash drive attached and they work fine. Of course, since I only dropped a crap ton of money on the cameras and won’t pay for subscription, Arlo says I’m not “entitled” to support other than this. I could really use some insight here.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Subscriptions are for the cameras, not the base. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 require a sub for cloud recordings - it's that simple. The Pro 2 and older get the free 7 day plan - that hasn't changed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I need to return the Pro 3 and get an older Pro 2 cameras so I can have free continuous library viewable videos forever.&amp;nbsp; Is that what you are saying?&amp;nbsp; Thats a disgusting thing for Arlo to do and a bad workaround but I'll do it if I have to I guess because my pro 2 have been working flawlessly remotely for 3 years.&amp;nbsp; LOL.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
