      <description>&lt;P&gt;The specs define the operational range down to -20C. You may be able to use the camera if plugged into AC power. If you do that and still have issues, try removing the battery so it's only on AC power. The use of this power keeps the camera active and may provide enough internal heat to allow it to remain above ambient temps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
