      <title>Viewing recorded videos on safari, chrome etc not working now.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would appear that you changed the video settings for your camera(s). Current browsers (other than Edge with new hardware and a purchased codec) can't display 2k or 4k videos due to codec licensing issues. 1080p is viewable but not anything higher than that. I'd guess you used to have Auto Zoom and Tracking enabled which would have automatically reduced resolution to 1080p and perhaps you've now disabled that so 2k is now in use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the processor in the laptop &amp;gt;= 6 gen?&amp;nbsp; (if it is an Intel CPU, a 6th gen processor would start with a 6 - for instance I7-6660U)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
