I don not, my trial ran out at the end of Dec which is when I started having the no record issues. Shouldn't I still have 7 days of library recording/storage like I still have with my other 3 Pro1 cameras?

Unfortunately no. None of the newer cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) have any free cloud storage. They all require a subscription.

FWIW, this was on the packaging of the Pro 3. But often it's easy to overlook.

Yup- I needed a subscription to get the camera working. Thanks for your help.
