    <description>&lt;P&gt;So one of my cameras doesn’t seem to have its spotlight or infrared working. &amp;nbsp;Battery charge is 75%. &amp;nbsp;Under video settings both are turned on. Camera is about 3 months old. &amp;nbsp;I do live stream and turn on the flash icon but camera fails to turn on its spotlight. &amp;nbsp;Help here? Or do I contact customer service? If so what is the number? Thank you. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd start by removing and then reinstalling the battery - that reboots the camera.&amp;nbsp; If that fails to resolve it, you probably need to do a factory reset.&amp;nbsp; &lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera" target="_blank"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/000062438/How-do-I-factory-reset-my-Arlo-wire-free-camera&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is a support area in the app (just select "settings" and you should see it).&amp;nbsp; That will give you the support options for your camera.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
