    <description>&lt;P&gt;That's kinda convoluted. If I understand, the camera used to work but now won't connect even after resetting the camera. Did you follow the reset procedure FAQ in the support section here? Did you also remove the camera from Settings, My Devices? Is the battery charged?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, the camera is connected to your account but live view isn't working. Bring the camera closer to your router or hub, depending on how it's connected, and see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
