Arlo Pro 3 - cannot update firmware

Hi,
My pro 3 camera cannot update firmware after several attempts of reinstalling, can someone please help ? Thankyou

Have you tried reinserting the camera battery to reset it? Have you rebooted your router or hub, depending on how the camera is connected? You may need to remove and reconnect the camera from your account.

Adding to the suggestions above, make sure the battery is fully charged and let the camera attempt the automatic update overnight. Do you still experience the same issue?
