Try reinserting the battery. If connected to a hub, try restarting that, too.

Don’t try to fix the pro camera

Don’t waste time to fix the camera or ask for tech service , just return and get a new replacement as long as is under warranty , they spend so long to try to teach me how to fix the camera which caused the warranty to expire, then they told me they can’t fix and no repair department , not warranty expired and they offered 30% off for new camera , why would I buy another camera when the current one doesn’t work
